Altrion Tech Solutions does two things and does them from the same team: we add specialist resources to your IT organisation, and we implement and support Microsoft Dynamics 365, Business Central and Azure. We are based in Hyderabad, India, and deliver both onsite and offshore.
Who we are
We staff specialist IT roles. Our resource augmentation practice covers twelve skill areas: Microsoft D365 ERP and CRM, Power Apps, Oracle, custom development, finance, cybersecurity, cloud, data center migration, analytics, inside sales, admin and AI/ML.
We implement and support Microsoft platforms. Our consultancy delivers Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, D365 CRM, Business Central and the Power Platform, along with Azure migration, integration and managed support.
We work business to business, with two kinds of client. End clients need staff or an implementation partner. System integrators, MSPs and consultancies need subcontracted specialists.
How we work — onsite + offshore
Offshore (offsite, from Hyderabad)
The resource works from our delivery centre, usually within your working hours or an agreed overlap block.
What you can expect in the first two weeks
- Days 1–2: written confirmation of requirement, rates, engagement type and start date.
- Days 3–5: first shortlist with screening notes.
- Days 6–10: interviews and reference checks.
- Days 11–14: offer, contract and onboarding.
